The valve features a three eccentric structure with the valve seat and plate sealing surfaces made of different hardness stainless steel to provide good corrosion resistance and a long service life. Additionally, the valve has a two-way sealing function. This product conforms to the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.
Features
The valve features a three eccentric sealing structure, ensuring minimal wear on the valve seat and butterfly plate while providing increasingly tight sealing functionality. The sealing ring is constructed from stainless steel, offering the dual benefits of metal hard seal and elastic seal. This design ensures excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and an extended service life across both low and high temperatures. Additionally, the plate’s sealing surface is coated with cobalt-based cemented carbide to resist wear and prolong its service life. For larger valves, a quilted frame structure is employed to provide high strength, a large flow area, and minimal flow resistance. Furthermore, this valve offers bidirectional sealing function without being limited by medium flow during installation or affected by spatial positioning; it can be installed in any direction. The drive unit can be conveniently installed at multiple stations (90° or 180° rotation) for user-friendly operation.
