The electric ventilation butterfly valve is primarily utilized in the ventilation and environmental protection projects within the metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, power station, glass, and other industries. It serves as a device for adjusting gas flow or cutting off gas medium in cold air or hot air gas pipelines containing dust.
Product Features
1.The new structural design and manufacturing of medium line plate and short structural steel plate welding feature a compact structure, light weight, easy installation, minimal flow resistance, and high flow capacity to mitigate the impact of high temperature expansion. It is also easy to operate. 2. Without connecting rods or bolts, this design ensures reliable operation and a long service life. It can be installed in multiple stations without being affected by media flow.
Application
The non-airtight butterfly valve is widely utilized in the building materials, metallurgy, mining, and electric power industries for controlling or adjusting medium quality at temperatures ≤300℃ and nominal pressures of 0.1Mpa on the pipeline.
Working Principle
1. Application and Characteristics
The butterfly valve is constructed with the same material as the valve body to form a sealing ring, and it can be operated using electric or pneumatic transmission. Its applicable temperature range depends on the selection of the valve body, with a nominal pressure ≤0.6MPa. Generally, it is suitable for adjusting medium flow in industrial, metallurgical, environmental protection, and other ventilation pipes.
Its main characteristics include: 1) A novel design with a unique and reasonable structure that is lightweight and allows for fast opening and closing. 2) It requires small operating torque, making it easy to operate and labor-saving. 3) The use of appropriate materials enables it to withstand low, medium, and high temperatures as well as corrosive media.
Pressure Test Standards: GB/T13927-1992;JB/T9092-1999
3. Actuator
Utilizing a new series of GT electric actuators, both double-acting and single-acting (spring return) options are available, along with gear transmission for enhanced safety and reliability. The AW series pneumatic actuator is employed for large-diameter valves, featuring a fork drive mechanism that ensures a rational structure and high output torque in both double-acting and single-acting configurations.
1) Gear-type dual pistons provide high output torque in a compact form factor. 2) Aluminum alloy cylinders ensure lightweight construction with an aesthetically pleasing finish. 3) Manual operation mechanisms can be installed at both top and bottom positions. 4) Rack-type connections allow for adjustable opening angles to regulate flow rates. 5) Actuators offer optional live signal feedback indicators along with diverse accessories to enable automated operations. 6) IS05211 standard connections facilitate convenient installation and replacement procedures. 7) Adjustable screws at both ends provide a ±4° range for precise synchronization between standard products set at 0° or 90° angles to ensure accurate alignment with valves.
