Non-invasive on-site operation is achieved using a non-contact induction element, eliminating the need for open cover debugging at the site and simplifying the intuitive debugging process. The man-machine interface features a high-definition, high-contrast LCD display with a full Chinese menu. It also includes an infrared remote control and an on-site operation knob for parameter setting and operation. An absolute encoder is utilized to accurately, reliably, and permanently measure valve position information. Field remote control – An infrared remote control can be used to debug the actuator in specific installation positions, set operating parameters, and query information. Phase sequence self-correction – The automatic phase sequence correction function eliminates the need to consider power supply phase sequences during wiring. Self-diagnosis – A powerful fault diagnosis function facilitates user identification of operational faults through signal self-querying capabilities. Bus technology – Control modes include MODBUS, PROFIBUS, FF, and industrial Ethernet bus technologies. Plug-and-dial connection terminals facilitate maintenance and repair of the actuator. The mechanical electrical part connections also adopt plug-and-dial types for modular actuator assembly.
The shell and external box are constructed from special aluminum alloy with advantages such as lightweight design, high strength properties, and excellent anti-corrosion performance.
