【Product Characteristics】
The regulating valve consists of three components: the main valve, control instrument, and sensor. There are two structural variations available based on user requirements: heating type and cooling type. Prior to operation, the main spool is partially open while the sensor remains in a natural state. Upon connection to the power supply, fully open the main spool to heat the medium through the valve core into the heat storage tank. As the temperature reaches the designated set point, the sensor generates a corresponding linear signal input to the control instrument. The control instrument then analyzes and compares this signal before converting it into either a 4 ~ 20mA analog signal or positive/negative contact signals for relay activation on the main valve. This action drives both stem and spool displacement to close off heating once more. Should temperature fall below its set value, another linear signal from sensor input activates gradual opening of actuator-driven valve core movement—allowing medium flow into heat storage box according to parabolic characteristics until reaching desired temperature again. In this manner, controlled medium remains within specified temperature range at all times for effective temperature regulation.
