The PF series pneumatic fluorine-lined regulating valve, produced by the company, features parts in direct contact with the medium that are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene F46 or PFA. This design eliminates direct contact between the medium and the metal body, allowing for reliable operation in a wide range of strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents, and highly toxic substances. It is widely utilized in industries including chemical processing, petroleum refining, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and electric power generation for automatic control of highly corrosive and toxic media.
.Corrosion resistance: The inner cavity of the valve body, the valve core, the valve seat, and the valve stem are coated with a 3mm layer of polyperfluorinated ethylene (FEP), polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46), or PFA to withstand corrosion from all chemical media, including concentrated sulfuric acid, strong alkali, and aqua regia.
.Sealing: Utilizing a double seal system with polytetrafluoroethylene bellows and packing ensures secondary protective sealing in case of bellows damage.
.Leakage: Due to soft seals on the spool and seat, leakage is significantly lower than national level IV standards.
.Circulation: The fluid channel features smooth flow and robust circulation capacity.
.The actuator adopts a multi-spring design for compact size, lightweight construction, high output force, and precise adjustment.
